Viewing your cameras from a computer

The free iVMS-4200 program, for PC and Mac, lets you monitor your Mozaë cameras from a computer. You log in with the same credentials as on your phone, and all your cameras appear automatically.

When to use the computer:

The phone remains the most practical option for a quick look from the building. The computer is useful for:

• displaying several cameras at the same time on a large screen;
• calmly browsing a day's footage from the office.

Installing iVMS-4200:

To install the program:

1. Download iVMS-4200 from the manufacturer's website, in the version that matches your computer.
2. Follow the installation steps.
3. When the program offers it, install the language pack for your language.

Without the language pack, all menus remain in English. Installing it straight away also makes it easier for us to help you if you call us.

Connecting to your cameras:

Log in with the same credentials as in the HIK Connect app. All your cameras appear, including those that have been shared with you.

The program does not change the settings of your cameras: it is simply another way of viewing them. Sharing is still managed from the phone.
