You can reset your password yourself, in a few seconds, from the Mozaë login screen. A reset link is sent to you by email.

To reset your password:

1. On the Mozaë login screen, on your phone or computer, tap Forgotten password.
2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
3. Open the email you receive and follow the link.
4. Choose your new password.

Not receiving the email?

First, check your junk mail folder.

If nothing arrives, the address entered is probably not the one linked to the account. The main account corresponds to the address provided when the purchase order was validated, and each added user has their own address.
