Installing the HIK Connect app on your phone

HIK Connect is the app that lets you view your Mozaë cameras remotely. Installation takes three steps: create your account, add your camera, then share it with our team so that we can help you troubleshoot.

Creating your HIK Connect account:

To create your account:

1. Download the HIK Connect app from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Open it, select your country and accept the terms of use.
3. Tap Log In / Register, then Accept.
4. Choose Register with mobile phone number.
5. Enter your number and choose a password ofat least 8 characters.
6. Copy the verification code displayed on the screen.
7. Enter the code received by text message, then tap Finish.

Adding your camera:

To add a camera to your account:

1. Tap Add Device.
2. Tap Scan QR Code, then select Barcode.
3. Scan the camera's barcode.
4. Tap Add.
5. Enter the camera's verification code, then tap OK. Your installer has this code; you can also ask support for it.
6. Give the camera a name, for example «Calving pen», then tap Next.

If the barcode cannot be read, tap the pencil icon at the top right to enter the serial number manually.

Sharing the camera with our team:

This step is optional but strongly recommended: it allows us to take remote control of your camera if you need help.

To share the camera with support:

1. Tap the three dots at the top right of the camera, then Share.
2. Tap Share with Service Provider.
3. Enter support@iotee-agri.fr, then tap OK.
4. Select the options you want and confirm.
